David sent someone out just over an hour after I reported a problem. During that first call, she scheduled us for 8:30 next morning, in case the guys couldn't get there "today". Tim and his associate arrived at exactly 8:30 a.m., installed new heater, and took old one away. They worked 2 hours - 15 min. Very friendly and polite. David will have our business again!
